American Picnics has perfectly contrasted each bite with a curated array of flavor profiles that are sure to delight the senses. In our boards/platters you will find together smokey, spicy, and rich flavors paired with sweet, herbaceous, & bitter flavors. We grow all of the herbs in our garden and have coupled the lovely charcuterie with edible flowers that are sure to strike up an excited conversation!
In our Boards/Platters you will find any one of the ingredients below (based off of seasonal availability):
Hard Cheeses: cheddar (white or orange), swiss, manchego, gouda, gruyere, parmesan etc.
Soft Cheeses: goat cheese, havarti, burrata, brie, cream cheese, marinated mozzarella, blue cheese or gorgonzola.
Cured meats: salami, prosciutto, ham, pepperoni, cured chorizo, capricola, summer sausage, etc.
Savory/sweet accoutrements:
Nuts: almonds, candied pecans, pistachio nuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, etc.
Briny, pickled/marinated/dips: olives, dill pickles, mustard, pepper jelly.
Sweet accompaniments:
Fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, dragon fruit, star fruit, pineapple, oranges, grapes, etc.
Dried fruit: apricot, cherries, cranberries, figs, mango, etc.
Sweet spreads/chocolate: dark or white chocolate, raw honey (traditional or peppered), gourmet jam, etc.
